1. Refund policy is not available.
2. Order can be cancelled before invoice generated.
3. We will replacement of the product within Seven (7) days after the product has been delivered, in case you have;
(i) Received item(s) in poor, damaged or mutilated condition or;
(ii) Received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us or;
(iii) Received item(s) date has been expired.
Important Note: At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person.
